I started KUMANOMA because there was no chance for young cancer survivors and caregivers to gather in Nagoya, Aichi, Japan when I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2009. I wanted to exchange opinions or chat with people who are in the situation like mine. No matter what kind of cancer you fight, regardless of gender,  I hope the attendees feel free and relaxed at KUMNOMA.

There is no strict age restriction at KUMANOMA. People approximately under 50 years old, students and those in the prime of their lives dealing with their work, housework, childcare and nursing care are welcome.

However, those who fall under any of the following cannot participate.

1) Individual or organization that recommends specific treatment, alternative therapies and health food.

2) Individual or organization that recommends specific political organization and religious groups.

3) Individual or organization that is related to an antisocial group.

KUMANOMA is based in Nagoya but you can come and visit from any part of the world.

There is no membership registration or membership fee. However, entry fee is required for every event.
